Much appreciation to all the people that have made GE modding a reality over the years.A curated list of Nintendo 64 development resources including toolchains, documentation, emulators, example code, and more Contents Thanks in advance (I do realise I'm a bit late to the party ) pdfs for the editor but can find nothing particular to texture modding those pesky larger images. Am I missing something here? I have read through the extensive. I click on image tools, it says ROM NOT FOUND then crashes. I'm getting the same problem as trevor regarding the image tools of Setup Editor. I can see that GE ROM Viewer 1.0 displays them but says they're too big to swap and the editor (1.1) doesn't show them. If anyone's feeling helpful, could you tell me whether EVERY image in GE is now able to be substituted with a custom/user image? I would include the example of the large numbers on the walls of the Dam and especially the larger images from the menu screens (b&w character portraits, level images etc.) Gameplay is at about 80% speed with some sound issues.Īnyway, I have begun to experiment with GE ROM Image Viewer/Editor and GE Setup Editor and I'm a little bit stuck. I have rekindled my love for Goldeneye since the recent WII64 emulator update. The breifing and objectives editor work but the image tools causes an ilegal operation, I cannot see the open file dialog box and the visual editor still doesnt show, just the sound and music. I installed the latest editor and vsredist. You probably hate me for this, which is probably why you havn't answered but Not that anyone looks at this but I have a bug report for setup editor2.3.1 GOLDENEYE#CF42CA46#2#1_ci.bmp = arms/legs Why? Does GoldenEye have a seperate pallet? also the walls go funny when not using an origonal texture. I was using the hi-res textures function of a plugin and I was able to make the Russian Soldiers look more realistic (though I was also keeping the size down for maybe importing to ROM) however theirs arms stay light green. Technicly a 64圆4x8bpp makes 4KB so why does paint make the file 5.3KB? What is the max resolution of any one texture in GoldenEye? A few questions about the textures in GoldenEye.
